PAI is seeking an Administrative Assistant to begin immediately. PAI was originally a health economics consulting firm, but we recently created a new SaaS technology, so we are now a hybrid of a consultancy and a tech startup. There is a lot of business development, new processes to implement, and all sorts of interesting challenges as we try to evolve and scale. The platform is now being used at 6 of the top 10 biopharmaceutical companies and over a dozen others. We are looking for someone recently out of school who is ambitious and can run with a variety of projects. It’s meant to be a full-time role, but we are also willing to explore bringing someone in for a pre-MBA internship.
Traditional AA duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, inventory and ordering supplies, and interacting with clients (over the phone and in person).
Project work on an as needed basis including writing bibliographies, creating powerpoint presentations, tables in excel, looking up articles and publications online.
Updating website and other published content.
Working with Administrative team and collaborating on projects.
Some event planning and travel planning.
Past experience in an Administrative Assistant role
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong writing skills
Excellent oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle multiple competing responsibilities
Must be available for interviews immediately
